Health Club

 

Our Health Club staff are fully qualified to offer you advice on everything from technique, nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation to human physiology and energy systems.

 

The Health Club is fully supervised ensuring the highest level of safety and service. Help is never far away. So if you need a hand please feel free to ask Debbie, Donna, Robyn, Matt, Aaron, Mel or Carlos and they will be happy to help you further.

 

For members, staff will carry out an initial consultation including a health assessment, guide you through your program, monitor your progress and ensure you receive the encouragement to maintain your motivation.
