Older Adults - A low impact circuit class combining barbells with adjustable weights and body weight exercise designed for the middle aged adults to increase body density, muscle strength, conditioning, and posture.

Circuit Boxing - Great cardio workout! Heaps of FUN! Focusing on correct strike technique. Lots of thumping combo’s! BRING A PARTNER (not essential)

Pilates - Donna focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Mallee Women – Delia’s class is designed for women at all fitness levels. Currently aqua is the choice of activity chosen by the participants. Class activities can be boxing, circuit or aqua. 
Mallee Men – is a class designed for men at all fitness levels. Class activities can be circuit, boxing, aqua or a combination of them all.
