Here are our 5 helpful tips to get Summer ready!

  • Set a seasonal goal, then break it up into small weekly achievable goals.
  • Find the kind of routine that works for you.
  • Mix up your training. Dont just focus on cardio; strength training is important too. With so much on offer at our centre you will never get bored. Complement your gym training with lap swimming and see how your body strength will improve.
  • Dont get injured! Make sure you include warm up and cool down with each training session. Only gradually increase intensity when you are comfortable.
  • Keep a food journal and stick to a meal plan. Need help? Join this month and you'll have access to our Nutrition Portal in the Be Active App. Full of great recipes all wrapped up in a 3 week nutrition plan that's super easy to follow.
